The Women in Transition program assists women and their families with the resources they need to change their situation. The goal of the program is to assist clients to access available community resources that will help them fulfill their basic needs.

Many individuals can benefit from the Women in Transition program: survivors of domestic violence trying to escape their abusers who

are not financially independent, undocumented individuals with little or no family support, and the unemployed.

Short term case management is offered to assist clients to obtain public benefits and to secure other necessary resources, or to assist those who may have potential language barriers.
